What is included in a plan?
All normal platform modules are included. Plans differ by ticket capacity, Full user seats and commercial terms. Optional extras and API or support arrangements are shown in the current catalog.
Can I keep my existing website?
Yes. Use the WordPress plugin or supported embeds for Shopify, Wix, Square Online and other HTML-capable sites. Guests browse events there and continue to Everlage for checkout. This does not create store products or synchronise external orders.
How do I create a conference programme?
Choose or create an event, then open Conference programme. Add people and sessions, invite presenters and review files. You control which profiles, agenda details and presentation downloads become public.
Which payment providers can I connect?
Payment providers are listed in your business integrations. Availability depends on country, currency, provider approval and platform configuration. Connect your own eligible account; provider charges apply separately.
Can I cancel a paid subscription?
The billing page shows the effective date before you confirm. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current paid period, without prorated refunds, subject to applicable law and agreed terms. Where available, you can reverse cancellation before it takes effect.
What happens when a trial or service ends?
Your billing and recovery screen shows the applicable reminders, restrictions and deletion timeline. Export needed data while normal access is available. Contact support before the deadline; recovery cannot restore data after permanent deletion.
How do speakers send presentations?
Invited speakers use a separate private portal. Files are reviewed before approval. A presentation is not downloadable by visitors unless the required approval and public-download settings are in place.
Where are the manuals and support tickets?
Open your business workspace and its Help Center for module guides in the selected system language. Contact Support opens your ticket list, where you can review a conversation or create a new ticket.
